Yes, there are some limitations to the services provided under the AD HOC Silver Support Plan. This plan does not cover office moves or project activities, which will be quoted separately. Additionally, website development and website issues are not included in this plan.

What happens when all of the hours provided in my AD HOC SILVER SUPPORT Plan have been used up?

When your AD HOC SILVER SUPPORT Plan hours are utilised, you can contact our customer service team to purchase additional hours and extend your support plan at a different price rate. Alternatively, you can speak to our specialists to provide you with customised packages such as Gold Proactive Support or Platinum Fully Managed IT Services plans. These plans offer a range of IT services and support, including network and infrastructure support, software and hardware maintenance, monthly reporting and more. We will work with you to determine the most suitable package that meets your business needs and budget. Please contact our customer service team for more information on these plans.

Is there a minimum time charge for on-site and remote support?

Yes, there is a minimum time charge of 2 hours for on-site support and 15 minutes for remote support.

No, there are no lock-in contracts or expiry dates for AD HOC Silver Support Plan. Clients can use the hours as needed.

This plan includes all the services provided in the Gold Proactive Support plan, plus 24/7 support, security management, backup and disaster recovery, and strategic IT planning.
